CVTCTU Negotiations Committee
The taskforce collects information needed to develop the union’s negotiations proposals. They do research and conduct surveys, then prepare the union’s proposals along with the rationale behind each proposal. They may also conduct on-going research needed during the negotiations.
Recruitment for membership on the task force occurs during the fall semester of the school year in which the contract expires. Membership requires attendance at all meetings and willingness to work on negotiation issues.
