Several people have gotten house and/or car insurance through WEA (the union), and saved a bundle.
AAA offers a discount on insurance policies for WEAC members (15% discount in addition to the 5% discount you get if you have AAA membership); this would also be both auto and homeowners. You could pay about half what you now pay on auto. Renee Eder is the person to speak to at the office in Eau Claire.
